AIARE Level 2: Analyzing Snow Instability & Avalanche Hazard
AIARE Level 2 is a 4-day program that provides backcountry leaders the opportunity to advance their avalanche knowledge and decision making skills. The Level 2 builds from the introductory avalanche hazard management skills learned in Level 1 and adds the observation and evaluation of instability factor critical to daily stability and hazard evaluation.
